CASHEW MILK RECIPES:
Vanilla Flavor:
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup cashews (raw organic)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 6 tiny scoops (or about 1/8 tsp.) pure stevia (*NOTE: If using the stevia that is linked below, the scoop that comes with it is bigger than the one you saw us use in this video! Only use ONE scoop of that brand.)
Chocolate Flavor:
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup cashews (raw organic)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 9 tiny scoops (or fill a 1/4 tsp. about 3/4 of the way full) pure stevia (*NOTE: If using the stevia that is linked below, the scoop that comes with it is bigger than the one you saw us use in this video! Only use 1 and 1/2 scoops of that brand.)
MEAL COMBO IDEAS:
- Salmon w/quinoa and peas
- Salmon w/gluten free noodles and green beans
- Chicken w/rice, black beans and cheese
- Chicken w/green beans and sweet potato
- Ground beef w/sweet potato, quinoa and peas
- Ground beef w/gluten free noodles, cheese and peas
- Eggs w/rice and a side of blueberries
- Eggs w/rice and a side of strawberries
- Omelet w/ground pork and goat cheese w/a side of strawberries
- Ground pork w/spaghetti squash, black beans and goat cheese
- Ground pork and quinoa meatballs or meatloaf w/green beans and a banana
SNACK IDEAS:
- Peanut butter and banana smoothie w/chocolate cashew milk
- Strawberry banana smoothie w/vanilla cashew milk
- Organic cashews
- Bananas (with or without peanut butter)
- Hu chocolate bars
- Bowl of peas
- Cheese slices
- Bowl of strawberries or blueberries
