Cranberry Orange and Cinnamon Relish

Once you try this flavorful twist on a classic, you will never want to go back to traditional cranberry sauce again!
Prep Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cranberries
  • 1 orange (juice, zest and pulp)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. pure stevia powder (not the 1:1 sugar replacement that has additives. Just pure stevia.)
  • 1 small pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan on the stove over medium low heat.
  2. Bring to a soft boil and simmer until the cranberries have burst open and released their juice.
  3. Continue to simmer and stir until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Enjoy as a topping for turkey, duck, lamb, or chicken, or eat it with a spoon just like applesauce.
